Saturday Horse Tail.

My sister rode Jeremiah and I rode Hermie, to the Coggin's testing clinic. The horses got their shots and we ate chili.
This horse never got out of his truck. Really, the dog was quite interested in the people walking back and forth while he had to wait.

Shots all taken care of, they're standing around, ready to go. The light colored horse is the horse I rode last year, when I smashed into the mailbox. The neighbor (who owns her) rode with us. No mailboxes were attacked this year. The guy holding the horses is the farrier. He didn't ride, today, as Millie wasn't ready to ride, yet. Instead, my sister bought Millie's shots and he drove back to give them to her.

"Hay, where are you going?" A couple horses, on the way, came galloping through their pasture to see what our horses were up to.

Ride finished, horses curried, treated, and let back out to pasture. Hermie got mad at Jeremiah. When she was finished thrashing him, she walked off while telling him, "if you do it again, you'll get the same!"

Oh, oh, Look out little colt (Prince VanDoe, by name). That looks like a wolf in dog's clothing.

Too late!

Comments:
Cool pics, love it! That little foal is just so cute.

Thank you. That baby is going to be spoiled rotten. We can already see it. When the farrier was giving Millie her shots, the colt was chewing on things. What a funny little guy.

Little Prince VanDoe is a dog charmer! I should mail you a picture of our new foals. A filly and a horse colt. I didn't think they'd ever arrive!
I can spend hours just watching them, can't you? They are just precious.

Missouri Mule - The dog is so interested. Usually, she likes to bark at the horses, but she hasn't been barking at Millie and Prince VanDoe. I think she still barks at Hermie and Jeremiah. Though, she only really barks at them when they're too close to the fence. I guess she's trying to keep them in their pasture.
